Lagoon Beach Hotel & Spa, Cape Town

The hotel was very crowded but the room I had provided only a partial mountain view. The staff were friendly, but there was a sense of inconvenience from some service members. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do, despite needing some training. The dining was consistent but wonderful with close proximity to the beach.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I felt like staying in bed all day. However, I did find a condom wrapper under the bed, which was a bit unsettling. The hotel wasn't fully set up for my arrival, which was a minor inconvenience, but overall, the beachfront location was amazing.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious, although the WiFi didn't work, and some areas could use a refresh, especially the bathrooms. The hotel offers very spacious rooms; the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to sleep all the time, LOL. The breakfast was the best with fresh croissants, which made my mornings perfect. However, there were some issues with the housekeeping staff at times. Overall, a nice stay with great breakfast and comfy rooms.
